Stumped

I think most of the time I'm okay at figuring things out for the first time... this time, I'm totally stumped...

So... yesterday was my first time doing laundry in my life, ever... yup, you read it correctly, my FIRST TIME doing my own laundry. Shame, shame. I think I did okay putting in the clothes and detergent. I don't know if I turned the nobs to the right settings, but I guess I did because my clothes smelled good when I took them out. Before I went to bed last night, I threw them in the dryer, took me forever to get it to turn on because there are just too many settings to choose from. Why can't the dryer be a one button thing?! I somehow got it to start, so I thought everything was good. Woke up this morning, went to the dryer to get a pair of pants to get ready for my meeting... well... what do you know?! My clothes are still wet! I managed to get it on again but umm... I hope I don't go home tonight to find them still wet.

Hey, at least I knew I had to separate the colour/dark clothes with the white/lighter coloured clothes! This batch was the coloured clothes, I hope I'll do better with the white batch...
