Blessed Are Those Who Intercedes

Have you ever told your friends "I'll pray for you" but you actually never end up praying for them? Sometimes it just seems like the right thing to say but you end up forgetting you made that promise. It's like giving them a bounced cheque. A few months ago, I started making a list of people I made a commitment to pray for. My list is growing bigger and bigger, as I stare at it, I realized none of the things really applies to me, I don't have to pray for these things for myself. Health, relationship problems, career, school, etc... I always knew how blessed I am, amazing family, found ma man, caring friends, never had to work hard at school, never had to worry about my job/career, no health issues to deal with in my family... I had always learned to give thanks for all these things, but it was only recently I truly realized how very blessed I am because I can actually "SEE" it from my prayer list. Now it kinda makes me feel bad when things I pray for are things like "God, please give us good weather on Friday for our photo shoot." This is really nothing important compare to all the things my friends go through. God has been so super duper good to me and my family, how can I ever repay Him?

Blessed are those who intercedes for others because in return, you can truly see how God has been blessing you.
